Fully air-conditioned, this Villa features a large living area (including a very comfortable double sofa bed), formal and informal dining facilities, 3 double bedrooms, two of which have ensuite facilities of shower, w.c. and patio doors leading to poolside. The master also has a tub. The third bedroom has twin beds with adjacent bathroom with shower which can be accessed directly from the pool.

Freshly laundered towels and bed linen are supplied.

The fully equipped kitchen has an ice-making fridge. There is cable (Bright House) Digital TV in the lounge and every bedroom.

In addition, Internet access is provided together with free phone calls throughout the US and Canada.

The pool and lanai area are enclosed by a cage for an insect-free life! The lanai has a full set of pool furniture including a table for outdoor eating. A gas BBQ is available for use.
