Stays of a month or longer attract discounted rates. Details on request.

These rates are inclusive of all Utilities, Digital TV, Internet, phone calls throughout USA and Canada. The end-of-rental cleaning fee is $50 or £35. Pool heating is optional at $50 per week.

Dec to April: $800 — $895 per week
May to June or Oct to Nov: $750 per week
July to Sept: $675 per week

Pound Sterling
Dec to April: £475 — £575 per week
May to June or Oct to Nov: £395 per week
July to Sept: £375 per week

Pool heating is available at a charge according to duration. A security deposit is required to confirm the booking and is returnable after departure.
